E-statments allow you to receive your financial documents delivered securely to you online at the beginning of each month. E-statements provide safe and quick access to statements and records for all of your accounts.
Statements are accessed by logging into your account online or through the Vue App. There are options to view, print, or save your statement!

What is a Point of Sale - POS
A point of sale (POS), or point of purchase, is the place where a customer executes the payment for goods or services, and where sales taxes may become payable, whether it be in a physical store, where POS terminals and systems are used to process card payments.
*Please note: If you share your account with another person, your maximum fee reimbursement will still be $20.

Does your budget need a little breathing room? With our Skip Payment program, you can skip your qualified loan payment and keep the cash
Our Skip Payment Program gives you the option to defer your November or December payment on an eligible loan to the end of the loan for a small fee
* Real Estate Loans, Credit Cards and Lines of Credit do not qualify.
The cost to skip one payment is $30. If you wish to skip two or more payments, the cost is $60. (Maximum of 4 loans).
Simply sign the included coupon and indicate the loan(s) you would like to skip AND which month. Please indicate if the payment for skip is to be transferred from you Vue account, or included in either cash or check.
If for any reason your skip is not approved you will be contacted by the credit union
Terms and Conditions:
This offer does not guarantee eligibility. Application must be submitted 10 days in advance of the due date. Interest and any charges for payment protection will continue to accrue for the skipped month, and the final loan payment will include such charges and therefore extend the final pay off date.
If the loan includes Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP), skipped payments are limited. Skipping a loan payment will reduce any GAP claim that is filed during the life of the loan. Refer to your GAP contract for applicable limits. This offer only applies to loans originated at least six (6) months prior to the skip pay request date.
Loans with added collateral protection insurance (credit life and/or disability) do not qualify for this promotion.
Refinances or add-ons after the skip is approved will result in the skip being disqualified.
It does not apply to real estate loans, personal lines of credit, credit cards, accounts included in bankruptcy or foreclosure, single, annual, semi-annual, or quarterly payment loans, loans with extensions or alternate payments in the past six (6) months, members who have caused losses to the credit union (loans, credit cards, shares, etc.), or modified loans through troubled debt restructuring.
To qualify, payment(s) must be made on or before the last day of the month prior to the month in which you want to skip your payment, and loans must be at least 6 months old have no past due history 30 days or more in the last twelve (12) months.
What are the qualifications to skip my payment?
Skip payment only applies to consumer loans: personal, vehicle, other personal property, share/certificate secured, and recreational loans.
Real estate loans, Credit Card or Lines of Credit do not qualify.
The loan payment must be a minimum of $100 per month, origination date must be six months prior to the day of the skip payment request. Extensions or alternate payments within the past six months will disqualify your loan. You cannot have any past due payments over 30 days within the last twelve months, and you cannot have an active CPI policy in place. You must have no loss to the credit union (loans, credit cards, shares, etc.) or have modified loans through trouble debt restructuring. Your payment(s) must be made on or before the last day of the month prior to the month in which you want to skip your payment.
Will interest continue to accrue during the skip period?
Yes, interest will continue to accrue and payment protection premiums will continue to accrue during the skip period.
What if I have an automatic (ACH) payment?
If your payment transfers from an in-house account, your transfer will suspend for the skipped month. If your payment comes from another financial institution and we originated the ACH, your transfer will suspend for the skipped month. If your payment comes from another financial institution and we did not originate the ACH, contact your financial institution to suspend your payment for the skipped month.
When can I apply to skip my payment?
Apply for your skip at least 10 days prior to the due date of the loan.
You may only skip one payment per loan
These cards will be for both debit and credit.
This transaction is currently taking place and will be complete by spring.
Your new card will come via mail in a plain, unmarked white envelope. Please do not throw it away.
To ensure you get your card in a timely manner, make sure we have the most up to date contact information and address.
